We give you a full 10 years to make sure your mattress continues to feel right for you.
If your mattress feels too firm, too soft, or just not quite right anymore, we can often adjust the comfort or support layers rather than asking you to start over with a brand-new mattress.
That means better sleep, more flexibility, and more value from the mattress you already own.
How Custom Adjustments Work
If you need a comfort adjustment, we make the process simple.
1. Visit our showroom and test different comfort options.
2. We’ll help identify the feel that works best for your body and sleep style.
3. Our team will adjust the comfort or support layers of your mattress.
4. We’ll coordinate pickup or delivery options for the layer exchange.
For many mattress models, your first-year comfort adjustment is included at no charge. After the first year, a nominal service fee may apply.
